Shipping & Tracking
Danora ships using established and reliable carriers.
Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This tracking confirmation serves as proof that your order is in transit.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International delivery times vary depending on destination country and local customs procedures. Please note that customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and delays caused by local authorities are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs-related delays or fees do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
Missing, Damaged, or Not Received Orders
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, you must contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence where applicable.
Damage to outer packaging alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the product itself remains intact and usable.
If tracking information shows the order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient at that point. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims reported more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for review.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once tracking has been issued, this serves as confirmation that the order has been shipped.
